Most Nelson Rigg Products carry a lifetime warranty. See your local dealer or contact us for details about our total customer care program.

WARRANTY
All Nelson-Rigg products are made to the highest standards of quality and finish, providing unequalled strength, durability, and function. Our accessories are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship during the specified warranty period and applies only to the original purchaser of the product with original sales receipt. This warranty applies only when the product is used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions, and does not apply to damages caused by improper use, accidents, normal wear and tear or natural breakdown of the materials caused from the elements.

During the warranty period Nelson-Rigg will repair or replace (at our discretion) the product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform to this warranty and return it to you free of charge. This warranty does not cover any international freight, duty or custom charges or any other costs associated with transportation of the parts or product.

To obtain warranty service, you must contact Nelson-Rigg’s customer service department to obtain a return authorization number. This RA number must clearly appear on the outside of the box used for shipping the item back to us.

All items returned for warranty evaluation must still be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
